I know people who graduated college at 21 and didn't get a salary job until they were 27. I know people who graduated at 25 and already had a salary job. I know people who have children and are single. I know people who are married and had to wait 8-10 years to be parents. I know people who are in a relationship and love someone else. I know people who love each other and aren't together. There are people waiting to love and be loved. My point is, everything in life happens according to our time, our clock. You may look at your friends and some may seem to be ahead or behind you, but they are not, they are living according to the pace of their clock, so be patient. You are not falling behind, it's just not your time.
I know Tim won the first champion as a two years' rookie but didn't obtain a scoring leader during his whole career. I know Tracy is a two-times scoring leader but didn't has a champion even it was getting closer. I know Lebron acquired all kinds of honors as a first overall pick in 2003. But I also know Cameron as a second pick in 2003 is just a super star with nothing.
I knew KD in 2007's draft and became one of his fans from 2009-2010 season when he won the first scoring leader and rushed in playoffers at first time. I watched KD reach the mountaintop but fall down in the final game. I also watched KD sweep the entire league as the MVP but leave for nearly one season right after that because of injury. Not bad, KD never give up. Actually, he learned to play in his comfortable and happy way without considering anyone else. And this is why i follow this man for such a long way.
I know everything in life happens according to our time, our clock. So, all things we need to do is just keeping going, training, fighting and waitting for the time. Before it's coming, we never give up.
