In this information society, lifestyle plays a vital role in our life. A regular lifestyle can push us away from the verge of death while a reversed clock is inclined to deteriorate our life quality and harm our bodies. According to a report provided by one company, this showed that an abnormal electrocardiogram early occurred in the examination of their employees from 35 to 45, even one's lung had trouble. On the other hand, ones also increased blood glucose too early. Hence, one professor pointed out that the white collar was susceptible to various chronic noninfectious diseases from a harmed lifestyle. So this disease is also called "lifestyle disease". The questions that need to answer are which lifestyle to avoid and how to lead a healthy lifestyle.

From my perspectives, these factors, such as inordinate hour, lack of exercise, smoking and hitting the bottle, need to be responsible for these lifestyle diseases. Specifically speaking, buried in busy schedules and social interaction, the white collar spare no time to go home and have a sound sleep until midnight, not to mention that there exists smoking and hitting the bottle in this invalid social process. In addition, they also have no time to take exercises from sitting in front of the computer for a long
time. In this condition, we only get rid of these harmful habits to improve our life quality and lead a heathy lifestyle.
