(2)下载源码与更新
- 下载py-faster-rcnn 的源码:

- 编译官方Lib

- 更新caffe 代码:
由于py-faster-rcnn 仓库的 caffe 代码版本只支持cudnn4 ,然而现在大多数(ubuntu 16.04 以上)都用cudnn 5.0以上了,要做的就是把BVLC/caffe的最新版本代码合并到py-faster-rcnn/caffe-fast-rcnn:

就完成了分支合并过程。
修改python_layer.hp
版本合并后,打开caffe-fast-rcnn/include/caffe/layers/python_layer.hp,
self_.attr("phase") = static_cast(this->phase_);
这一行(line29)删除
make -4 && make pycaffe 运行即可
(3)添加python lib
vim ~/.bashrc
将export PYTHONPATH=$FRCN_ROOT/caffe-fast-rcnn/python:$PYTHONPATH添加到文件中。
source ~/.bashrc 使更改生效。
注意: $FRCN_ROOT 为你安装py-faster-rcnn 的目录;

常见问题:
(1)./include/caffe/util/hdf5.hpp:6:18: fatal error: hdf5.h: No such file or directory
解决办法:在Makefile.config找到以下行并添加蓝色部分

原因:
undefined reference没有将regex填入LIBRARIES 中
解决办法:
- 添加链接库
修改makefile(173行左右),修改LIBRARIES ,将boost_regex加入进去(如果不行请继续尝试step 2)

2 在某个帖子中找到说 boost 需要用高版本的gcc 编译器进行编译 ,然而caffe安装的时候不支持GCC 6以上版本, 所以当我 将系统Gcc 版本改为 gcc 6的时候,这个问题就解决了
