最新SFB2019 CU2更新出来了，看起来修复了好多东西，下文中我标黄的KB应该是可以值得关注的，大家可以考虑一下升级这个CU.

但发布这篇文章的重点在于从SFB2019 CU1开始，它的安装步骤与SFB2015/Lync2013有一点点的不同（大坑），如果没有看清楚安装说明就会出大问题。



与SFB2015 CU的安装差别就在于第三步需要把一些前置功能安装上（用于使用最新的SFB控制面板，基于HTML5技术无须再安装Silverlight）。假设不安装这些前置条件有影响吗？功能上面没有影响，服务也是正常的，但是如果你想再次运行SFB Setup来更新组件的时候，就会报前置条件还没有安装完整的错误。


到这里，同学又要问了：大不了把前置条件上不就行了吗？对的。


但是大坑来了，如果你的环境是从Lync or SFB2015 升级到SFB2019的时候，我们是需要做一次迁移CMS的工作（Move-CsManagementServer）, 它会自动进行一系列的自动化迁移工作，最后一步就是自动跑一次bootstrapper.exe同时把SFB前置功能组件都检查一次，杯具的事情来了，由于你安装了CU2但没有把前置功能都安装上，导致CMS迁移失败，报错，同时如果你想再迁移CMS也是迁移不成功的。

所以安装SFB2019 CU之前，务必把以下功能都安装一次：
