（2.）从现代来看，全世界还有大部分产品的产业链基本上与微笑曲线相符。两端，设计与销售附加值最多，而中间制造部分附加值较少，说没有现实意义是不可能的。举一个比较大众化的例子：苹果手机，手机的设计，核心技术拿了大部分的钱，而组装手机部件则只拿了蝇头小利。

（3.)但在互联网上，设计和销售的成本大大减少，使附加值也大幅减少，而往往是管理技术使核心，与微笑曲线不同

（1.）减少中间商，会使产家生产产品人力及物力要求高，工作量随之增大，接触消费者少了，生产产品数量很可能不够，一个小故事：一个人去酒吧喝酒，喝醉了，对其他客人说酒吧酒的贵在哪里，一瓶酒520，产家200，包装100，中间商100，店家100，其实这瓶酒只值20。其他客人就说中间商黑心，老板很生气，对那个喝醉的客人说，难道您去酒厂直接打酒吗？问题就是我刚才说的那个小故事：您直接去酒厂打酒吗？没有中间商谁来拿货，谁来供货。
