Some folks are leaving, some folks are staying

Today is a big day. Some folks are leaving, some folks are staying. It’s happened before and it will happen again. We ALL have an opportunity to make a difference today!

I leave you with a few thoughts:

• With every challenge, there is opportunity.
  • John Chambers would say, ‘It’s not what happens, it’s how you respond.’
• Anybody can make difference, or should I say . . . EVERYBODY can make an impact!
  • I smile when I hear ‘Deep Dive.’ This started with my challenge to learn to Scuba Dive. I shared this with my team and we called our technical consultant webinars ‘Deep Dives.’ After several years, the term has gone beyond our team, beyond our department, beyond our company and into the world. Amazing the people you hear use the term ‘Deep Dive’ today. Such a small thing can spread. So make a positive difference, it can start with something small!
• PEOPLE are what matter.
  • No matter how great the technology is, it’s the people using the technology that the difference. We’re all in the people business, prioritize your choices. And it’s all about choices! I have to add I have a consultant that always said, ‘It’s all about the relationship.’ So true.

NOW is your opportunity to make a positive difference!
