The integrated management of Dough bakery is related to the JITmanagement and Kanban system. Discussed from JIT management throughout the integratedmanagement involving the different procedure of procurement, design,production, logistics, service and so on for the company. Each link is thewhole process, with full participation and implementation of management.It is discussed under the guidance of coreconcept of management, on the basis of continuous improvement, with the help ofcost planning, cost maintenance, to improve the pillars, in the entire supplychain, from producer to suppliers and logistics distribution, involving retailers,which should be adjusted reasonably. Thus, the waste of the production in thesupply chain will be cut off, for Dough bakery, so as to optimize theappropriate resources, to increase output of bread, so as to realize the growthof net earnings in recent years.

Kanban system is a to complete the task in the system of JITmanagement. The system is used to visualize the Just - In - Time to beeffective as the function of production control and Kanban system in theproject shows in the current iteration to complete all the tasks of the currentstate. Task is represented by post-it notes, the state by the board are marked withdifferent functions to to represent in the three areas. Kanban boards will behelpful for the team to understand how the current situation in operation andmanagement, as well as the next step with the team work for self instruction.
