因此，在网上开店经营食品，只需要把实体店的营业执照与食品经营许可证上传到第三方交易平台，并且该平台予以审核通过后就可以开店经营。而经营实体店所需要办理的税务登记证或组织机构代码证由于不是法律所规定要求提供的证件，因此，网上开店不需要这些证件，但实体店经营还要遵纪守法的，仍然应该办理。网店在经营过程中，也要接受当地食品药品监管局的检查指导。
