Creating A World You Like

A few days ago, I have seen one sentence said by a successful self-employer, who was graduated from Peking University. " The reason why I start a business by myself is I want to creat a my world now that the society is not what I want after tried so many times." This sounds not real or whimsical until you start the journey. I have to respect her spirit from my inner heart.

Today is cloudy, not cold but a liitle too much warm, which predicted a heavy rain to pour down. I go to work as usual. The only difference is that colleagues are much more familiar to each other these days. However, sometimes, the distance can be a problem or benefit either. For us, the offcice worker, I think the latter may be more suitable to us. Most people looks cute and kind before you know them closely!

One of my colleagues get a new student, which should be mine because I recepted his mother. But I don't care, leaders can give orders to whomever they like. This female teacher gets angry and irritated easily, and this is her first middle school student compared with her past pupils, which means stressful. This kind of stress can happen to anyone here who wants to teach well. But she usually wants to show herself to others how successful job she can manage. And this challenge made her feel pressure that she spead her termagancy into this office. This is an annoying behavior and I can see it from another female teacher's face too, who has good relation with this one. I tried to help her to slove the printing problem, but she was too angry to ignore my kindness. I learnt to wait until she needs me then.

I also have a dream like the successful self-employer! This world can not always be what you want. But you can decide whom you can be and how you deal with relationships! Just keep calm when others irritated; don't forget to give yourself  a big smile after preventing  an unexpected bad things from happening.

Do never stop to build your world !
