Don’t give up on trying to find balance in your life. Stick to your priorities. Remember what’s most important to you and do every thing you can to put yourself in a position where you can focus on those priorities, rather than being pulled by the expectations of others.
It’s easy to get caught up in the expectations of others. To know what to do sometimes you have to distance yourself from others. You need to know how to be alone sometimes in order to know how to be around others.
The world is mad with a lot of mad people not being themselves and not doing what they are meant to do. But you don’t have to be like everyone else. You don’t have to do what everyone else is doing.
You know what you want. You know what’s important to you. You know the life you are supposed to be living. It’s up to you to pursue it. If you are still not sure, then follow the path of peace and love and you’ll know what you need to be focusing on.
You have the power to set the tone of your day. Go to bed early, get up early, pray, meditate, take your time, focus on the big picture stuff. You don’t need to think about or do as many things as you might think.
There never seems to be enough time in the day. But how much of that time do we waste? There’s almost always enough time for the most important things if we can successfully block out or minimize the less important things.
You can spend your whole life doing what you don’t want to do, and die. Or you can spend your life doing what you do want to do, and die. The end result is the same. The question is whether or not you are going to enjoy yourself in the meantime.
