google 已经发现了这个问题，是google的问题， google已对src/androidcurity/cts/StagefrightTest.java进行了修改

•    android.security.cts.StagefrightTest#testStagefright_cve_2015_6608_b_23680780

o    As the fix for the test (http://r.android.com/302309) is reviewed and approved (+2d), a test failure will get a waiver.

o    The test should be designed to catch the IllegalArgumentException and not crash.
