2.Those words raised a red flag.

red flag:If you refer to something as a red flag, you mean that it acts as a danger signal. 危险信号;预警

e.g. A high fever is your body's own red flag of danger.

3.The resulting synergy was astounding to almost everyone involved.

Astound: to surprise or shock sb very much 使震惊;使大惊

e.g. Her arrogance astounded me.

今天头昏沉沉的, dogs day 让人昏昏欲睡。当然不能怪罪环境啦,现在要学会be proactive, driven by values, not feelings and environment.

只是这一章Think Win/Win, 我好像还不能够理解透彻,没有像之前看habit1,2,3一样总会有醍醐灌顶之感。可能是自己对"双赢"没有什么深刻的体会,因为在学习生活中,我比较喜欢独自一个人学习与思考,之前有过什么小组作业,表演之类的,但大家都不积极主动去做好,等待分配任务,也不上心,只有自己一个人在那里组织分配,觉得心好累,给我留下一个不好的印象,不再想去搞这些事情,我们这就是所谓的lose/lose吧。

这一章还得好好体会。
