Flocker plugin

Flocker is an open-source container data volume orchestrator for your Dockerized applications.

By providing a tool that migrates data along with containers as they change hosts, Flocker gives Ops teams the tools they need to run containerized stateful services like databases in production.

Unlike a Docker data volume which is tied to a single server, a Flocker data volume, called a dataset, is portable and can be used with any container in your cluster.

Flocker manages Docker containers and data volumes together. When you use Flocker to manage your stateful microservice, your volumes will follow your containers when they move between different hosts in your cluster.

Netshare plugin

The NetApp Docker Volume Plugin (nDVP) provides direct integration with the Docker ecosystem for NetApp's ONTAP, E-Series, and SolidFire storage platforms. The nDVP package supports the provisioning and management of storage resources from the storage platform to Docker hosts, with a robust framework for adding additional platforms in the future.

Multiple instances of the nDVP can run concurrently on the same host. The allows simultaneous connections to multiple storage systems and storage types, with the ablity to customize the storage used for the Docker volume(s).

REX-Ray plugin

REX-Ray provides a vendor agnostic storage orchestration engine. The primary design goal is to provide persistent storage for Docker
containers as well as Mesos
frameworks and tasks.
It is additionally available as a Go package, CLI tool, and Linux service which enables it to be used for additional use cases.

Convoy plugin

Convoy is a Docker volume plugin for a variety of storage back-ends. It's designed to be a simple Docker volume plug-ins that supports vendor-specific extensions such as snapshots, backups and restore. It's written in Go and can be deployed as a standalone binary.
