日记

This morning, I felt very tired when I woke up.  I really haven't had this feeling for a long time, such as heavy legs and having no energy. In consideration of the syndrome, I determined not to go running. Then, I did yoga stretches and finished a set of body core exercises. After doing this, I felt energy came back a little.

There was a thing that I shared with you. My sister has two children and she has always been busy doing her personal business. I don't remember when I recommended "iGet" to her. Later, she subscribed to a course on business. Today, she called me and talked about robot. I was surprised when she said she wanted to apply robots or smart devices into her business. Although the current conditions are not suitable for her ideas, I was really happy for her change. To be honest, I think people should have an nerve to try new things and make their lives become colorful.
