ArrayList and LinkedList

  1. ArrayList是实现了基于动态数组的数据结构,LinkedList基于链表的数据结构。
  2. 对于随机访问get和set,ArrayList觉得优于LinkedList,因为LinkedList要移动指针。
  3. 对于新增和删除操作add和remove,LinedList比较占优势,因为ArrayList要移动数据。

ArrayList

  • get方法
    直接根据数组的下标取出数据,

        rangeCheck(index);
        return elementData(index);
    }
  • set方法
    直接根据数组的下标替换数据,
    public E set(int index, E element) {
        rangeCheck(index);

        E oldValue = elementData(index);
        elementData[index] = element;
        return oldValue;
    }
  • add方法
    public boolean add(E e) {
        ensureCapacityInternal(size + 1);  // Increments modCount!!
        elementData[size++] = e;
        return true;
    }

   public void add(int index, E element) {
        rangeCheckForAdd(index);

        ensureCapacityInternal(size + 1);  // Increments modCount!!
        System.arraycopy(elementData, index, elementData, index + 1,
                         size - index);
        elementData[index] = element;
        size++;
    }
  • remove方法
   public E remove(int index) {
        rangeCheck(index);

        modCount++;
        E oldValue = elementData(index);

        int numMoved = size - index - 1;
        if (numMoved > 0)
            System.arraycopy(elementData, index+1, elementData, index,
                             numMoved);
        elementData[--size] = null; // clear to let GC do its work

    }

  • get方法
    查询链表取数据

  • set方法
