用实现的功能: 利用UIImagePickerController拍摄视频、图片，并从图库中选择图片或者视频上传
上传视频：
1、获取到本地路径
2、转码成mp4格式
3、转成NSData类型
4、填写好的表单信息进行上传
需要注意的地方：使用AFN拼接表单信息的时候，第一个name是和第二个name我都给写死了，主要是自己没弄清楚，为了一位少犯错，我这里直接写死了；第二个name要带相应文件格式的后缀，否则可能出错；表单类型要和上传的文件类型想对应，否则可能报错
