001 carry:带着, 携带 其强调所携带的东西不会着地, 体会下例 :
I take my sister to the cinema.
I carried my son.
I carry the bag.
002 cover the distance:飞过那段距离
003 request for:对...的需求
I have a request for the cake.
request sb.to do sth...要求某人做..＝ask sb.to do sth.
require sb.to do sth.
you are required/asked to do...对人要求习惯用被动语态
004 in this way:这样,以这种方式
in a friendly way
in a way : 从某种意义上来说: In a way,you are kind.
in the way:挡路: Sorry,you are in the way.(在口语中很少用, 一般用Excuse me)
out of the way:让路 : Get out of the way!.你给我滚出去!
by the way:随便说一声, 随便问一下(开头——转移话题, 随意)
on the way(to):在去...的途中(陈述句) : on the way to school/the office,on the way home.
另 : in the family way:怀孕了, 快有小孩了(have a baby)

4 L4总结复盘
001 跟读30遍，重点模仿语音和语调，感觉有改善，和其他同学比，仍然有差距。F的清辅音音感觉掌握了。发音一天练一个吧。背诵课文变成任务后，感觉心里踏实了。
002 L3的复述，今天听了三遍后复述，有漏记的地方，而且地名不熟。所以听力部分仍然需要下功夫。
