应用中的过程被控变量
在一个智能向导应用中,操作变量(MVs)是在测试中被操作的独立变量。其中可能包括流量设定点、温度设定点,压力设定点等。
干扰变量,也称为前馈变量(FFs),是那些显著影响过程,但不能被智能向导引擎操作的独立变量。其中可能包括冷却水供水温度,进料组成,环境空气温度等。
被控变量(CVs)则是控制器(和测试仪)应用监视和控制的因变量。其中可能包括产品流组成,温度,压力,压差,阀位,塔液位等。

Process control variables in an application
In a SmartStep application,manipulated variables (MVs) are those independent variables that are manipulated for testing. These might include flow set points, temperature setpoints, pressure set points, and so forth.
The disturbance variables,also known as feedforward variables (FFs), are independent variables that significantly affect the process, but cannot be manipulated by the SmartStep engine.These might include the cooling water supply temperature, feed composition,ambient air temperature, and so forth.

The figure above shows an example of a fractionation unit. This unit has five manipulated, two disturbance, and seven controlled variables, as listed below:
