Diary

After class, I done Pilates in yoga club. There is mainly exercising abdominal muscle. Every step taught delicately by the coach. Although there were just five students who were endeavour to do well. I stick with exercising five or six times a week. Doing exercise is no pretty hard, instead of insist on it.
