Chapter 6 MICE IN SPACE

太空计划不仅需要巨大的资金投入,强有力的专业技术能力,对抗压力和风险能力的需求也是惊人的。此前也有不少富豪斥资投入的太空计划,玩一把烧光钱就撤出的例子也是不少。举国之力做航天、太空计划也是困难的,文中的失败案例统计也有些颠覆了之前的固有认知,失败率几乎是半数(似乎中国的火箭发射失败率大大小于文中的各类机构的发射失败率)。更不用说新公司面临的巨大压力。这里记录了马斯克SPACEX公司火箭发射尝试的三次失败,头三次、重大、连续的失败,不仅仅对技术团队,资本提出了挑战,也是抗压力的巨大煎熬,马斯克选择独自沉默应对压力,并且挺了过来。这段对个人在低谷期的压力挑战,给出了很正面的榜样。真正的铁腕,是把枪口对着自己,也敢嚼着玻璃,凝视深渊。
