Service leadership

What's true leadership ? From my point of view, true leadership is service leadership. Encouraging and empowering your fellow colleagues can really boost their development and impetus. And taking good care of your people do bring them a sense of belonging . Therefore they will follow your path and help you achieve your goal.  As a leader, what you really need to is to create a vision which has clear picture and empower yourself to go towards it.  Then the second step is to explain this vision to your colleagues. If your can convince them and let them believe what you believe. They definitely follow you.  However, it is easier for them to go astray without motivation and explaination from leader. So explaining your vision to your fellows hold a key to company's success. 

    As a leader , you should excel yourself constantly because this society change so fast.
