Li is a twelve year old girl. On the weekend, she intended the 5 miles Cross country race which was held in Li Rochester, New York. Her mother took her to the start of the race. Once she arrived, people began to run. So she began to run with the other people immediately. After she ran for 5 miles, she didn't see the finish line. Then she asked a competitor beside her. She was told that it's not the 5 miles Cross county race, it was actually a Half Marathon. Her mother called the police when she did not see her daughter at the finish line of the Cross county race. And the police told her Li intended the Half Marathon. At last, Li sticked to the end.

I think if there was a notice about the two races to help the competitors distinguish them would be better. And if Li was more careful, she would not make the mistake either.
