[Android] 录音与播放录音实现

android开发文档中有一个关于录音的类MediaRecord,一张图介绍了基本的流程：

给出了一个常用的例子：

 recorder.setAudioSource(MediaRecorder.AudioSource.MIC);
 recorder.setOutputFormat(MediaRecorder.OutputFormat.THREE_GPP);

 recorder.prepare();
