uboot使用loady命令进行串口传输

新改版的板卡，网络无法使用，uboot可以起来，但是内核和文件系统镜像，没法烧写。

在无网络的情况下，SecureCRT使用loady命令进行串口传输，烧写内核和文件系统。（nand 模式下烧写）：

SecureCRT_CN的时候loady 0x20008000 115200
传输-> 发送Ymodem  填写 要烧写的程序如 led.bin
然后 go  0x20008000
烧写成功
