[ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-compiler-plugin:3.8.1:compile

今天下载Activiti源码
导入idea里面通过：

mvn clean package -Dmaven.test.skip=true

然后出现以下错误：

解决办法：
1.修改idea中有关jdk版本，目前使用1.8



2.给activiti项目添加jdk

然后重新构建：
