Sharepoint 2010未能创建配置数据库之解决办法

在运行SharePoint产品配置向导时，可能会发生如下错误：

1:未能创建配置数据库

 An exception of type System.IO.FileNotFoundException ws thrown. Additional exception information. Could not load file or assembly ‘microsoft.identity.model. version=1.0.0.0,culture=neutral, publickeytoken=31bf3856ad364e35′ or one of it’s dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

可下载并安装如下补丁解决：

2:未能创建配置数据库。
已引发类型为 Microsoft.SharePoint.SPException 的异常。其他异常信息: The language is not supported on the server.

解决办法如下：

Should you wish to add it manually:
Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Microsoft
-> Shared Tools -> Web Server Extensions -> 12 
Right-click "12"
and select "New" -> "Key". Name it "ServerLanguage". 
Right-click
"ServerLanguage" and select "New" -> "String Value". Name it "1033"
