解决办法：

mysql> set global validate_password_policy=0;
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)

mysql> set global validate_password_length=6;
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)

mysql> exit^C
mysql> grant replication slave on *.* to 'gtiduser'@'%' identified by 'redhat';
Query OK, 0 rows affected, 1 warning (0.10 sec)

也可直接在配置文件中添加：

[mysqld]
plugin-load=validate_password.so
validate-password=FORCE_PLUS_PERMANENT
之后重启服务
