Either you run the day or the day runs you. No doubt that all of us want to run the day but I have to admit that the day runs me and yes, I know that this is not a good way for me to live my life. It will make my dream further away from me but how can I control the day, the time and all the things that I want to do? It seems like if I want to run the day and make it more meaningful, even perfect then I'm afraid I will lose myself soon. Since there are things that are out of my control so I will always focus on this and eventually forget what I should really do. I always think and make a note like:  I need to pass the TOEIC exam with a score of 900 within this year. To do this, I need to remember 200 words per day and review 50 words that I learned from the previous day. I just put all of my plans in my note and check it at the end of the day but every night when I check my notes, I realized that nothing has been done. Why couldn't I follow my plan to complete my goal and why couldn't I handle it this time? Why does time flies so fast that I didn't even realize that I haven't done anything? So I reviewed and double checked what went wrong or whether I have unrealistic goal. After checking, one big factor is Wifi and of course phone. I realize that all this time, I've been looking at my phone browsing moments on WeChat. Oh my god, is it real? I asked myself for several times. Obviously, it is. That's where my time gone so first thing I did was to turn my wifi and phone off during my learning time. I check my progress timely and always think of some new ways to keep learning. Right now, with a little more effort on my learning and preparing, I believe I can pass the exam with a high score. So my dear, please follow your dream and arrange your time so that you may achieve your goal, then you can become the owner of your time. So let's do fighting together to run the day instead of the day running us. Thanks.
