log file: /home/lhd/.ros/log/c2ac1b12-f3df-11e8-872d-88b1110d5106/rplidarNode-2*.log

sudo chmod +x /dev/ttyUSB0

sudo chmod 777 /dev/ttyUSB0

或者

sudo usermod -aG dialout lhd
or
sudo adduser $USER dialout

然后注销重新登录。
