Java校验身份证号码的工具类

1.身份证最后的X应该是大写的,我在这个工具类中没有将小写转化为转化为大写,有需要这一点的需要自己转化。
2.String[] wf = { “1”, “0”, “X”, “9”, “8”, “7”, “6”, “5”, “4”, “3”, “2” }; 顺序不能变!
