devstack部署openstack遇到rdo源配置问题及解决办法

问题:
RDO repo not detected; installing

1.wget --no-check-certificate http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/openstack/openstack-icehouse/rdo-release-icehouse-4.noarch.rpm
2.rpm -ivh rdo-release-icehouse-4.noarch.rpm
