哈尔滨旅游委与国际冬季运动协会签署合作备忘录并赠送纪念品
（北欧时报 赫尔辛基讯；记者：吴星辉）人在画中游，一画一世界。 身未至，却能身临其境般体验美好景致带给的身、心、灵的享受不再是梦想，哈尔滨旅游发展委员闫红蕾主任一行六人，11月1日参观芬兰百年学校Haaga-Helia大学旅游学院时这样向与会者介绍到。他们力图与时俱进、率先改革，将虚拟现实技术（VR）、增强现实技术（AR）、体感互动技术、沉浸式影院技术、数字特效技术等多种前沿技术及科技硬件加入传统旅游业服务项目，让游客们在旅游开始以先就可以更个性化、更立体化地设计自己的游程。哈尔滨旅游发展委员会将新兴技术补充到传统旅游业服务项目的发展速度令芬兰同行感佩不已。
闫主任还介绍到，不仅在硬件方面有大投入，哈尔滨也在旅游管理的软件方面下了大力气。他们着力加强旅游市场监管，加快推进诚信建设和文明旅游工作，力保哈尔滨的旅游业可以健康、有力、可持续性发展。而这两手一起抓的工作，就是为了让享有“冰雪之冠上的明珠”、“东亚文化之都”之称的哈尔滨的冰雪旅游产业走出中国，走向世界。
哈尔滨历史悠久。阿城区17.5万年前洞穴遗址的发现已实证了哈尔滨文明的起源。公元12世纪初女真人完颜氏建都阿城白城，为这座城市留下了灿烂的金源文化的痕迹。哈尔滨走过千年来到近代，是中国马克思主义思想传播较早影响很大的城市，更是党领导的革命斗争和抗日战争的指挥中心。所以来到哈尔滨，喜欢历史的人们，可以展开寻金访古之旅、犹太文化之旅和红色历史之旅。
哈尔滨文化丰厚。在这里留下印痕的金朝古都的狩猎、渔猎和萨满文化；中原文化与关东文化交融的闯关东文化；中西碰撞下的欧陆文化；博览古今的博物馆情怀；文学与作家成长的摇篮。所以来到哈尔滨，钟情文化的人们可以迈步金源文化之旅、欧陆文化之旅。

哈尔滨还是座建筑之城。现有415座百年历史建筑。中式建筑的优雅、欧洲新古典主义建筑的恢弘、俄罗斯建筑风格的典雅、巴洛克建筑风格的庄重、文艺复兴的意蕴、折衷主义的厚重等都有着充分的体现。
多姿多彩、内涵丰厚的哈尔滨迎来了海内外四方游客。2017年，全市接待游客7712.77万人次，旅游总收入1177.47亿元，“目前，哈尔滨市与世界上27个国家35个城市建立了友好城市。我们希望更多的欧洲朋友增进对哈尔滨的认识，加强了解，增进友谊，并开展多方位的旅游合作”,闫主任说。
Harbin, the capital city of Heilongjiang province in northeast China famous for its ice and snow tourism, is keen to attract more European tourists. After hosting the promotional conference as a part of content in China-EU tourism year in Brussels, the delegation came to visit the Haaga-Helia university of applied science (Porvoo campus for tourism) which owns long history over hundred years in Finland.
"We would like to introduce Harbin's unique all-season tourism resources and the annually-held Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival," stressed Yan Honglei, director of the tourism and development commission of Harbin City.
Director Yan introduced, for promoting the tourism industry can be developed healthily, vigorously and sustainably, not only has a large investment in hardware, but Harbin has also made great efforts in the tourism management.
In the hardware of tourism management, they have employed new technology for instance, VR, AR, somatosensory interactive technology, immersive cinema technology, digital special effects technology and other cutting-edge technologies and hi-tech hardware into the traditional tourism services. The project make it possible that visitors can design their journeys in a more personalized and three-dimensional manner beforehand. The great speed of using hi-tech into the traditional services in the tourism industry by Harbin Tourism Development Committee has appreciated by their Finnish tourism trade fellows.
The efforts have put for promoting the ice and snow tourism industry of Harbin, which is known as the "Pearl of Ice and Snow" and "the capital of East Asian culture", go out of China and get known by the world, director Yan said.
Harbin has a long and brilliant history. The discovery of cave sites in Acheng District 175,000 years ago has proved the origin of Harbin civilization. At the beginning of the 12th century, Jin dynastry has established in Baicheng Acheng, has leaving a trace of the splendid Jinyuan culture to the city. Harbin has gone through the millennium to modern times. It is a city that has had a great impact on the spread of Chinese Marxist thoughts. It was also the center of the party-led revolutionary struggle and the anti-Japanese war. So come to Harbin, people who like history, can visit the tour of ancient JinYuan culture, the Jewish cultural tour and the red history tour.
Harbin culture is rich.
