Ubuntu 1604部署单机Kubernetes

回到老家后手边没有趁手的电脑，只有一个2003年左右的超低配置松下牌笔记本，安装了Ubuntu1604Server版虚拟环境后，在上面试着搭建Kubernetes的单机展示环境，以下是踩坑过程：

安装docker
