关于Nexus3配置maven遇到的问题

关于nexus3的安装配置参考：

但其中，出现jms1.1.jar包找不到情况，在网上下载本地并上传后，仍然报错：“... was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of nexus has elapsed or updates are forced -> [Help 1]”，继续参考博文：
