解决方法

错误定位，mysql连接出错，解决方法:

url后加上&serverTimezone=UTC&useSSL=false（SSL可加可不加，会有警告但是不影响，强迫症患者可以加上）

完整的url为：

spring.datasource.url=jdbc:mysql://127.0.0.1:3306/xxl_job?Unicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8&serverTimezone=UTC&useSSL=false

serverTimezone是设置时区的参数，但为什么会出错呢。

mysql 6.0以上必须配置此参数，这样问题就明朗了，UTC为全球标准时间，那我们也可以改为北京时间，把参数的值改为GMT%2B8就OK了；
