这次的文章给我的最大感受是启发。
因为时常处于一种保护环境的意识中,认为清洁能源就是最好的,能够解决一切问题,却从没想过清洁能源对于我们现存的电力市场以及整个系统所造成的巨大的破坏。而这个破坏不仅以为着电力市场的崩溃,更是意味着公司的倒闭,员工的下岗问题,这一系列问题如果不解决的话,对我们社会而言是可怕的,而对于那些因为清洁能源而下岗的工人来说更是残酷的。他们成为了时代进步的牺牲品。
这不由得让我想起了朋友的家乡——平顶山。去过那里的人都知道,煤矿是整个城市的支柱产业
,大人们会说,这座城市地下的道路甚至比地上还要四通八达。一座城市曾以这样的方式繁荣,却也要以这样的方式落寞。朋友说,他回家的时候,觉得整个城市都是死气沉沉的,万达的饭店门前也没再看到以往排起的长队,大家都面临着丧失收入的危险。是这一种悲哀,而这种悲哀是时代所造成的,在我们用够了他们挖出的煤之后,轻而易举地就转向了更加便宜环保的新能源,在我们享受日新月异的科技的进步时,他们却在遭受进步的副作用。
还想起了一则新闻,讲的是郑州的一个老奶奶把公用自行车锁起来收停车费,大家普遍认为不能理解,甚至会谴责这位老奶奶。可是,在有公用自行车前,帮人们看车,收上一块五毛的停车费就是他们的工作,是他们的收入。而在我们享受新的进步时,他们又成了另一批的牺牲者。
其实现在大学里的菜鸟驿站也是这样,原来的收发快递点都被撤销,虽然方便了同学,却也确实造成了失业的问题。
这样的情况一定有很多很多,在这个日新月异的世界上,在这个日新月异的中国。而政府,就必须要做些什么了。只有依靠政府的强有力的调控手段,我们才能够真正安全顺利地实现新旧科技的转换,我们才能保证,没有人成为时代的牺牲品。
