导入TensorFlow时报错解决办法及用清华镜像快速安装numpy

在安装TensorFlow后，导入时会报一系列关于numpy的错误。

可以尝试将numpy先卸载，然后重新安装，此时再导入时即可。

pip uninstall numpy

pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple numpy

用清华的镜像来安装速度快。

新版ubuntu要求使用https源，要注意。
