求解:ora-28547:连接服务器失败，可能是 Oracle Net 管理失败

客户端版本是10.2.0.1.0 32位， 服务器是9.2.0.4.0 64位。客户端连接服务器报ORA-28547: 连接服务器失败, 可能是 Oracle Net 管理错误。 
状况如下： 

C:\>sqlplus "sys/oracle@vm9i as sysdba"

而本地登录报ORA-03113错误。

最后检查了一下监听程序的配置文件 发现多了 (PROGRAM = extproc)

手工配置监听的时候，从上面COPY下来的 就后面的那个没去掉。去掉 (PROGRAM = extproc) 
保存退出。
