UPUPW_NP 启动 Ngnix 时报错： 80端口被占用

[warn] 8516#7192: conflicting server name "alias" on 0.0.0.0:80, ignored
[emerg] 8516#7192: bind() to 0.0.0.0:80 failed (10013: An attempt was made to
 access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions)
 

解决思路：找到占用 80 端口的服务停止

win+r 运行 cmd 输入：netstat --ano | findstr 80

从中找到占用 80 端口的进程 PID 

在任务管理器服务中依 PID 查找到对应的服务

右键停止服务或转到进程结束进程
