原因应该是你输入Git commit 然后回车，导致没有出commit而导致的错误就算你推出Git从新进入还是会报错误，

怎么做？

到你的Git文件夹去

然后会发现文件夹里面多了一个.git文件

打开.git文件，然后找到index.lock删除就好啦
