原因：

TARGET database is not compatible with this version of RMAN

package DBMS_RCVMAN  in target database is invalid

处理：

To re-create package DBMS_RCVMAN, run the files dbmsrman.sql 
         and prvtrmns.plb

$ sqlplus sys/ 
   SQL> @?/rdbms/admin/dbmsrman.sql 
   SQL>@?/rdbms/admin/prvtrmns.plb
