一不小心，又中了 oracle 一个 bug ：Bug 12610689 - ohasd is rebooted ！

背景：为了禁用 gnome 图形界面，释放更多的系统资源，决定把运行级别从 5 调整到 3 。
环境：
        OS ： redhat 6.3 EE
        Oracle : 11.2.0.3.8
        3 个节点 RAC

故障：调整了 2 套库都没有问题，在调整一套安装比较早的一套 3 个节点 RAC 时，发现刚调整过的 1、3 号节点 CRS 资源全部重启。
根因分析：以下 Oracle bug 导致。
