LTE OAM Design Engineer
Job Purpose:
Develops LTE OAM software .
Duties:
1.Responsible for the software development and support of OAM product.
2.Understand software requirements and implement new features for the product.
3.Support the defect correction of developed software.
4.Ensure the quality of the software by applying quality processes.
5.Collaborate with global development teams as required

Skills/Qualifications:
1.M.S or B.S majoring in computer science/engineering (telecommunication background will be a plus).
2.BC with 4+ years work experience or MS with 2+ years work experience in SW design
3.Knowledge in software design, debugging, documentation, and testing (preferred in OO and GUI development) processes.
4.Experienced programming skill in Java, Java Help, J2EE, JBoss, Ant, Apache (common encodes/decodes, HTTP client, Log4j, web server), CORBA, MySql, XML, OSGI, C++ in Unix environment.
5.Advanced Unix Shell programming on Sun Solaris.
6.Strong analytical and problem solving skill.
7.Good communication, fluent in written/spoken English.



JD for Automation Test SW Design Engineer

1.       Responsibility:
·            Responsible for design and maintenance of test automation tool development
·            Responsible for coding, component test, function test, integration test and regression test
·            Review source code from other engineers
·        Efficiently communicate with engineers from other countries and provide support to engineers in other countries

2.       Qualifications:

Master in Computer Science or Telecom required (candidate with Bachelor’s degree is also acceptable as long as the candidate has enough working experience)
With good object oriented design concept
Familiar with Java programming  (note that people who only have experience in web based application will not be considered)
Familiar with HTML and JavaScript programming
Good independent trouble shooting skills
Good communication skills and human skills
Fluent in oral & written English, be able to fluently discuss technical issues with oversea engineers and correctly understand their ideas
Trust worthy, have good consciousness of responsibility and continuously improving working efficiency
Be an open and active team player, be able to work in an  extremely fast pace
Experienced in Unix/Linux programming
