大气和海洋模式常用库和软件安装

模式安装编译中重要的一点就是尽量所有的库都用同样的编译器编译，以提高运行效率，减少因不兼容导致的错误
比如WRF中netcdf和WRF、WPS编译器必须一致，否则会报错
常用intel编译器，编译前要定义编译器环境变量

netcdf 4.1.3安装
装netcdf 需要 zlib szip curl mpich2 hdf5 netcdf 这些软件
其中mpich, hdf5, netcdf 编译器最好一致
其中zlib，szip是hdf5与netcdf需要的库文件，二者可以二选一。

 ./configure --prefix=$mydir
   make & make check
   make install

Installing MPICH-2 with Intel Compilers (ifort, icc, icpc)

If you ever happen to want to link against installed libraries
in a given directory, LIBDIR, you must either use libtool, and
specify the full pathname of the library, or use the '-LLIBDIR'
flag during linking and do at least one of the following:
   - add LIBDIR to the 'LD_LIBRARY_PATH' environment variable
     during execution
   - add LIBDIR to the 'LD_RUN_PATH' environment variable
     during linking
   - use the '-Wl,-rpath -Wl,LIBDIR' linker flag
   - have your system administrator add LIBDIR to '/etc/ld.so.conf'
