根据网上的建议下载了anaconda，使用conda下载，下载前创建了虚拟环境

conda create -n face python=3.7 # 虚拟环境名为face，使用Python3.7
activate face # 激活环境

安装opencv又报错了…千万别递归啊…

 D:\Anaconda\envs>conda install opencv-python

其实在Python下包的名字是opencv-python，anaconda是opencv

conda install -c conda-forge opencv

安装face_recognition库时也发生了报错，解决办法是使用

pip install --no-dependencies face_recognition

然后我就可以引入使用，正常写代码了。
