android仿ios的时间滚动控件WheelView

将WheelView移动到自己的项目中
在布局文件中：

        一个代表小时一个代表分钟

wvHour.setAdapter(new NumericWheelAdapter(00, 24));
wvHour.setLabel(“时”);
