Docker找不到私有nuget服务

docker 创建image遇到问题

因为项目中使用了本地搭建的私有nugut服务。

所以直接  dotnet restore （Restores the dependencies and tools of a project）操作会存在引用的包找不到的问题

修改dockerfile文件内容：RUN dotnet restore Web/Web.csproj" -s http://xxxxxx/nuget
