警告: Can't find the request for http://localhost:8080/ibatisSpringDemo/ws/testWS's Observer

标题中的报错是在写一个webservices例子时候报的错误，我直接访问http://localhost:8080/ibatisSpringDemo/ws/testWS?wsdl  后 tomcat中总是报那个错误，后来发现原因原来是，web.xml配置文件的问题，启动tomcat容器后没有加载spring的application.xml文件，也就不会加载spring cxf的三个配置，                
                       
           

tomcat正常启动后控制台应该打印出这三个文件的加载信息，如果未加载说明，application.xml未正确加载。

我的application.xml文件放到了src目录下，如下是错误写法：

       contextConfigLocation
       classpath*:applicationcontext*.xml
   
   
       org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener
   

如下是正确写法：

       contextConfigLocation
       classpath*:*/applicationcontext*.xml
   
   
       org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener
