Mybatis java.sql.SQLException: Parameter index of 2 is out of range (1, 0) 错误原因
排除了各方面的原因之后，把问题定在了mysql的jar 包版本上，原来用的是mysql-connector-java-5.1.13.jar 死活都是报下面的错误，后来换成了较新的版本 5.1.40 问题解决，
建议使用mybatis开发，使用mysql数据库，驱动用 5.1.40 版本！
