Responsibilities:  
-Review Product Requirement Document and provide the feedback and QA estimation to Product Manager;  
-Design performance test plans and test cases;
-Deploy and configure application system;
-Work on the Automation testing scripts implementation of the product and develop some mini test tools to enhance automation testing coverage and test depth;  
-Write production system performance analysis report;  
-Communicate orally and in writing to create clear documentation, providing accurate product quality status to management;  
-Work with development team and production maintain team to analyze Customer's performance Tickets and perfect test case quality.  

Requirements:  
-Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience. Master's with 2+ years experience. Major in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred;  
-At least 5 years of software industry experience in development or testing;  
-Knowledge of testing methodologies e.g. black-box test, white-box test, automation test and test metrics;  
-Hands-on experience in creating and evolving test plan and test cases;  
-Skills in test tool usage and/or development;
-Proficient in test execution, creation of test suite/run, bugs report and tracking, evaluation of the quality status, etc;
-Commitment to product excellence;  
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, CET6 or above. Overseas experiences in English-speaking regions is preferred.  

The following are a plus:  
-Experience on VMware, Linux OS, Tomcat and Weblogic;  
-Experience Python, C++, JavaScript and Java programming;  
-Knowledge of Shell scripting, Oracle DB or other DBMS;  
-Knowledge of Cisco switch and router;  
-Knowledge of EMC storage.  

-Knowledge of Test Automation Tools: JMeter and Others.
